Dr. Gagandeep Kaur

Dr. Kaur believes in practicing evidence based veterinary medicine with patient welfare as her top priority. She received her veterinary degree from Punjab, India, and her PhD from Ohio, USA. Dr. Kaur completed the requirements for ECFVG and has been a licensed veterinarian for over a decade. She has passion for internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, preventive care, and dermatology. Dr. Kaur is an Associate Professor who is intently involved in teaching and curricular development for veterinary students, and has led several studies in Atopic Dermatitis (skin allergies) in dogs. She believes in following the best practices, and bringing best medicine to her patients.

In her free time, Dr. Kaur loves spending time with her family. She enjoys cooking, walking, working out, and reading.

Dr. Michelle Smith

Dr. Michelle Smith graduated from veterinary school at THE Ohio State University in 2011. Originally from the east coast, after graduation she moved to Southern California and spent time working in a busy ER before landing in a private general practice in Long Beach. She enjoys getting to know her clients and their furry family members, and developing a collaborative relationship to give her patients the best care possible. Dr. Smith loves cats and enjoys helping her clients learn more about these fascinating creatures. Her primary medical interests include behavior, infectious disease and feline medicine.

Dr. Smith enjoys horseback riding, gardening and drawing in her free time. Her family includes her husband and daughter, horse Honky Tonk, and three cats: Diva Caterpillar, Arthur: King of the Britons, and Guinevere.
